Property-manager ordering workflows
I researched how property managers ordered across multiple units and co-designed workflows with managers and internal operations. I also presented apartment-partnership findings to the owner to inform custom partnership strategies.
The starting point
The existing ordering experience did not fit multi-unit clients. Property managers needed bulk orders, approvals, and communication across properties, while internal teams needed workflows that could support that service.
My responsibility
I led stakeholder research and journey mapping, co-designed the manager workflows, partnered with developers on delivery, and communicated partnership recommendations to the owner.

Researching multi-property needs
I interviewed stakeholders and mapped property-manager journeys with internal operations. I examined the work beyond an individual order, including multi-unit requests, approvals, and the handoffs needed to fulfill them.
Co-designing the operational workflow
I developed workflow prototypes and administrative dashboard concepts for bulk ordering, approvals, and regional communication. Managers and operations reviewed the designs so the proposed flow fit how the service actually worked.
I partnered with development on delivery and used cross-team reviews to assess how the experience could support larger property clients.
Connecting the research to partnership decisions
I presented apartment-partnership findings to the business owner. Those recommendations informed custom strategies for multi-complex clients, connecting the research and service design with the business opportunity.
Outcome
A service better suited to multi-complex clients
The research and workflow work supported more than $60K in exclusive multi-complex contracts. Revenue increased 44% across the broader Premium engagement; that company-period result is distinct from the contract value supported by this workstream.
