People call me HD.
I’m a team-first problem solver who connects human understanding with practical technology.
I grew up in Central Florida, moved to Texas for football, and made Austin home. Athletics taught me to prepare, listen, and work toward a shared result. Those habits have stayed with me throughout my career.
At Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI) corporate headquarters, I entered a newly created AI research role in Industry & Learning and established my research and vendor-engagement process. I evaluate tools, build solutions, collaborate directly with founders and engineers, and turn the work into resources agents can use. At Van Cleef & Arpels, I led field research, workflow redesign, AI testing, and automation across North American operations.

What connects the work
Good systems start with understanding people.
Whether I’m studying an employee workflow, testing an AI coaching tool, or writing an agent playbook, I start with the person and the task. I look for the point where clearer information, a better handoff, or a useful tool can make the work easier.
I take ownership from the first question through the build and testing. I also work with technical, legal, accounting, partnerships, and content teams to turn findings into sound decisions and usable guidance.
